Iain Calvert is the Strategy Director at Brisbane based Reload Media. His specialty is in SEO, although he has worked across all the major online marketing channels including SEM, EDM & Social.

Before moving to the warmer climates of Brisbane in 2011 to join the Reload team, he was an E-Commerce Manager for Billabong in the UK. He currently works with a wide variety of companies and brands from local plumbers to national insurance companies, like Allianz Global Assistance.

Emma Croston joined News Queensland as Digital Director in November 2010, with responsibilities for the Queensland digital business strategy including; web, mobile, applications, new product development, digital revenue and marketing.

She began her career at Quest Newspapers as an advertising cadet, and have subsequently worked in various senior marketing roles in Townsville and Brisbane - previously as the Director of Marketing at the AOT Group, a travel company which owns brands such as Sunlover Holidays.

She has extensive experience in digital marketing, online systems, mobile platforms and consumer loyalty programs.

Cat Matson is Brisbane's Chief Digital Officer, overseeing the citywide Digital Brisbane strategy. Under the strategy, Cat is responsible for driving economic growth through digital adoption in the SME sector, strengthening the city's digital start-up ecosystem and facilitating Cyber City initiatives. Recently named as a rising female in the technology sector by the Sydney Morning Herald, Cat is considered an industry leader when it comes to the digital space, with a savvy business mind and a robust understanding of the wider business context.
