SOFI Spritz is a modern Australian twist on classic Italian cocktails. An all-Australian, all-natural cocktail created by Tom Maclean in partnership with fifth generation winemaker, Simon Gilbert. The cocktails combine South Australian white wine, herbal extracts & select botanicals with a splash of soda. 

Tested at the Bondi Farmers Markets, crowdfunded by fans and loved by the sharks on Network Ten's Shark Tank.
