Lucille is the Digital Content Lead for one of Australia’s largest water companies – Urban Utilities. Since joining with them over two years ago she’s been committed to building a thriving and engaged online community by repositioning the traditional and corporate digital voice, to one that is accessible, friendly and transparent. She was awarded Mumbrella’s 2019 Social Media Community Manager of the Year, and runner up for Utility Magazine’s Young Digital Leader of the Year. In a world of digital saturation, Lucille lives by the mantra to be relevant, rather than loud - to build a community, rather than a following - and to tell a story, not a sales pitch.

She began studying a Bachelor of Entertainment Production with a focus on video production before moving into a Digital Content position. Courtney’s passionate about all things digital, entertainment and sport and loves finding new ways to engage with the clubs fanbase. Skilled in video production, motion graphics, social media and content marketing and loves a good footy highlight.
