Chief Digital Officer, Auto & General

Rob has over 30 years in the advertising and digital industries and is a former director of Greenfield and Icon in London and VMLY&R and Clemenger BBDO in Australia. Rob launched a business architecture business focused on the practical application of human-centred design and behavioural economics in 2014. In 2021 Rob joined Auto & General as Chief Digital Officer, focused on multidisciplinary thinking and emerging technology within the claims and assessing team.

Rob has worked across industry, academia and governments, delivering brand rigour, digital innovation and consumer advantage for organisations in Australia and remotely for international companies in the US and UK.

Rob is a fellow of QUT’s Centre for Behavioural Economics, Society and Technology and lectures on marketing technology, brand strategy and behaviour change. He is also a Multicultural Ambassador for QLD Govt, a board of Brisbane Portrait Prize and an IPA Certified Strategist. Rob has won over 35 international awards for creative communications, including 7 Cannes Lions and a coveted White D&AD pencil.

Erin leads the Queensland Police Service’s Public Affairs team, responsible for communication strategy, major campaigns, projects and social media across the state. 

With more than a decade of experience working in award-winning PR and marketing agencies both in Brisbane and abroad, she has chalked up credentials across many industries including consumer technology, property, fashion, media, finance and more. 

Erin’s passion is making strategy more than an organisational buzz word including understanding and harnessing audience and organisational values for stronger outcomes.

Head of Marketing & Audience Development, Queensland Ballet

Lisa is a dynamic leader with over 15 years’ experience leading marketing teams to deliver organisational growth and customer value. With extensive experience in the education and not-for-profit sectors both here and in the UK, Lisa has worked with leading brands including Australia Post, London South Bank University, The University of Queensland, Goodstart Early Learning, and most recently Queensland Ballet. Lisa describes herself as a values-based marketer and is most satisfied when contributing to brands with whom she shares their passion and purpose. 

Anthea Gaffney

Anthea Gaffney is the Queensland GM of UnLtd and serves on its local board. Before becoming GM of UnLtd: Anthea has had a media career spanning 20 years in various senior roles both agency and media owner sides. Most recently leading the Investment offering and Head of Digital roles at Carat, and prior to that Group Sales management roles with Yahoo and Fairfax. Her passion for media started in digital and was one of the first in digital natives in Brisbane, launching into the Brisbane market. Anthea studied at double major at QUT in Marketing/Health Science and has completed numerous courses throughout her career. Her passion now is working in the social enterprise space with the appointment of UnLtd’s GM for Brisbane. Outside of work, she has 2 little girls that keeps her family busy and loves to lead the active life that the river city has on offer.

Megan Henderson

Global Operations Marketing Leader, Flight Centre

Megan Henderson is currently the Global Marketing Operations Leader at Flight Centre Travel Group - a place she has called home for the past 10 years, even though she originally hailed from New Zealand. 

Megan’s key job is to ensure that the marketing teams are empowered to work effectively, with global efficiencies adopted across all streams. All in support of a strong brand vision. Some might call it hearing cats and making sh*t happen!!
