Camille is the eCommerce Manager at Michael Hill. After a few years of experience in the digital industry in France, working for brands such as L’Occitane en Provence and L’Oreal, she moved to sunny Australia in 2015.

She is now the go-to expert on all things online user experience, omni-channel campaigns and eCommerce performance within the Michael Hill Group. Operating across two brands and three markets including Australia, New-Zealand and Canada, Camille manages the online presence and sales for the Michael Hill and Emma & Roe brands.

Outside of work, she’s passionate about initiatives supporting diversity in the STEM industry,  spending time outdoor and practicing yoga.

Simon is the Head of Client Strategy at Andzen, a digital agency that helps eCommerce stores convert browsers into long-term customers. 

Simon began his digital career with content roles at UQ and Flight Centre, before narrowing his focus to email marketing and helping grow Andzen into one of Australia's leading email agencies.

Having continually evolved and upskilled over the last 5 years, Andzen is now laser-focussed on customer conversion and retention for eCommerce businesses. Simon has the privilege of working with some of Australia's fastest growing online stores to develop strategies that increase customer purchase frequency and lifetime value.
