Justin Grace has over 15 years’ experience in creative, agency and marketing roles. He has worked on some of Queensland’s most recognised cultural and entertainment brands including Brisbane Festival, Ekka, Jupiters and Treasury Casino and Hotels and NRL teams Brisbane Broncos and Gold Coast Titans.

In his role as Marketing and Communications at Brisbane Festival, Justin works with leading agencies and media partners to deliver Queensland’s largest annual event - a brand where the product is an experience. Justin is particularly interested in driving NPD to maximise commercial returns and in using digital and experiential strategies to connect and engage audiences with brands in new and unexpected ways.

Having returned to Brisbane after 15 years in Sydney, Oscar Nicholson is Managing Partner and Creative Technologist of Romeo Digital. Oscar connects consumers with brands via innovative media, digital and experiential campaigns.

With founding client MySpace, Oscar was doing content marketing before it was a buzzword. He later diversified into digital development and design, creating interactive experiences for Lynx, Schweppes and McDonalds.

Recently in May this year, Brisbane Powerhouse commissioned Oscar to create a digital welcome mat for the IRL Digital Festival. The IRL Digital Festival is Brisbane Powerhouse’s inaugural celebration of video games, technology and art.
