With over 20 years' agency experience, Russ worked at Ogilvy, BBH and JWT in the UK before moving to Brisbane in 2007 to start work as General Manager at independent agency ‘Junior’. Taking over as MD in 2010, Russ steered Junior to a raft of high profile new business wins and brought in local digital agency Cru in 2013 to create ‘JuniorCru’, the agency that has since become Ogilvy Brisbane.

Away from work what matters most to Russ is hanging out with his family. Plus watching, playing and coaching football (‘soccer’ if you insist).
