Retail and ecommerce has, for more than a decade, been the leader in so much of what happens online.  The days, however, of having an online store while using EDM, SEO and SEM to create revenue have come and gone. Brands need to push into new markets. Brands need to grow their advocates and cultivate empathy. Brands need to create compelling experiences.

  • More event details

The next generation of retail requires careful use of resources at an organisation’s disposal to drive sustainable revenue and create a reason for the customer to buy product and to show loyalty and advocacy.

This means leveraging your CRM, finding insights in your (big) data, exploring new channels (omni-channel) and seeking sophisticated methods across all digital platforms.  Brands can now use online to define their products and solicit knowledge and input from their valued consumers to establish an aligned path forwards.  Integrating social channels to augment customer data and pursue greater life time customer value must be carefully balanced with the need to control the brand and mitigate risk.

    Our panel will cover:

    • Catering for the explosion in mobile devices
    • Reducing friction at key touch points
    • Personalisation - how to implement effectively

    Who would benefit from attending:

    • Marketing Managers
    • CDOs
