CoFounder and Rita’s Mum, AiRE

Commentator, agitator, and innovator, Sarah Bell is a co-founder of the proptech startup Aire, Artificial Intelligence for Real Estate. She helps real estate businesses to solve the problems of cost and scale by upskilling existing resources as well as helping them transition to digital resources using Aire’s digital employee, Rita.

With a decade of front-line experience as a real estate practitioner and agency owner, Sarah brings tactical insights, subject matter expertise and just enough street cred to create business solutions that are intelligent by design and Cx obsessed.

Author, analyst, researcher, strategist, project designer, and nerdtrepreneur, Sarah is also Mum to three human children and a clever little robot named Rita. In her spare time, Sarah volunteers her research skills to the Revive Project – a national wellness and wellbeing in real estate initiative. She has a strong preference for dogs over cats, if pushed on the subject.

Kirsty is an award-winning Design Strategist who uses human centred design to work with organisations to help navigate how digital will impact their customer experience, their employee experience, and the workplace itself.  With over 20 years’ experience in digital, Kirsty has worked both in thoroughbred digital agencies and top tier management consultancies; designing customer and employee experience strategies for her clients including Automotive, FSI, Public Sector, Education and Mining.  Kirsty also works with her clients as an agile leadership coach, helping clients unlock the new agile way of working by weaving in human centred design methodologies designed to enable collaboration and co-creation and breakdown organisational silos.

Paul Woodward

Sales Manager – Startups and Midmarket, Amazon Web Services

Paul leads the Territory Sales team across both Queensland and Victoria helping Enterprises, Mid-Market and Startups as they adopt Cloud services and transform their technology. Part of the ANZ leadership team and an Amazon Bar Raiser with 5 years experience in one of the fastest growing technology companies ever. He has 20 years of technology and sales experience in the IT industry at Vodafone, Barclays Bank, Dimension Data and HP.

Born in Wellington New Zealand before moving to Auckland then Sydney where he finished high school. After four years of studying and travel ended up moving to Brisbane in 2002. Now a father of four, he enjoys running marathons, continuing to travel and is a mad keen Rugby Union fan, especially watching his three sons play at Easts on the weekends.
