    Parking: The Calile Hotel Secure Car Park entrance is through Ada Lane via Wandoo Street. Enter after 4pm for night parking, $10 flat rate (payable at machine).

    Public Transport: Please refer to TransLink for bus schedules and routes.

    Bus: James Street near Robertson Street Stop 8A is situated adjacent to the entrance to the hotel. The bus has a set route, including Brisbane city and inner suburbs such as Teneriffe, Toowong, Auchenflower, Milton and Petrie Terrace.

    Taxis/Uber/Ride Sharing: Pick up and drop off points are straight at the front of the entrance.

Goodstart Early Learning is Australia’s largest Early Learning & Childcare provider with more than 670 centres nationally, 70,000+ children and nearly 15,000 staff. In his role of Head of Experience & Marketing, Tim leads a team that are responsible for both the customer and employee Experience Design (CX & EX), Marketing & Communications, Digital and Consumer Insights & Research.

National Campaign & Strategy Manager, Game Development, AFL

Clare joined the AFL in March 2020 after several years leading brand strategy for Bank of Queensland (BOQ) and a previous career across marketing, comms, commercial partnerships. Her initial role was on the AFL Qld Executive, leading all marketing and communications for the game in Queensland.

Clare managed all media, promotion and comms and return to play strategy and comms for QLD during Covid-19 and the AFL Season in QLD. The new role was determined in October, leading the Campaigns and Strategy for the National Game Development Team. Game Development’s remit includes all facets of the game from grassroots - programs, participation, community football, government and infrastructure. She is responsible for leading the marketing, comms, digital and campaign strategy and channels for everything that sits under the elite game: ie. Auskick, Kids, Youth, Schools, Junior and Senior Footy, Umpires, Coaches, Officials etc.

Jess Daly

Jess Daly

General Manager, Strategic Marketing and Communications, Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP)

An award-winning journalist by background, Jess left the ABC after five years to jump the fence and work in media relations. Since then she’s developed deep public sector experience in Australia, the UK and the US and expanded her work scope beyond media to marketing and communications. She currently heads up a team of more than 30 multi-disciplinary heroes as the General Manager of Strategic Marketing and Communications at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. On paper her role oversees media and communications, brand and marketing and content and publications, but in reality it’s more like problem solver, cheerleader, risk assessor, referee, big picture connector, value adder, question asker and bean counter. The goal of all of this is to add more membership value for the RACGP’s more than 40,000 GP members.
