Marketing and Digital Communications Manager, Silver Chef

Jamie McCalman is the Marketing and Digital Communications Manager for one of Australia’s fastest growing ASX companies over the past 5 years; finance provider Silver Chef Limited. Prior to moving into this role, Jamie was responsible for setting up Silver Chef’s marketing automation platform. His achievements include being officially commended by Salesforce as setting-up one of the most advanced marketing automation platforms for a SME in Australia; setting up an automation program that has resulted in over five million dollars’ worth of acquisitions for his company; and being utilised by Pardot/Salesforce to advise their other clients on how to set-up best-practice lead management.

Head of Operations, Andzen

Jason Anderson got his first look into the world of automation working for an email marketing platform called, setting him on a path that would see him eventually become the Head of Operations at Andzen. Andzen is a lifecycle marketing agency whose day-to-day involves building automated customer journeys for brands of all shapes and sizes, from family-run ecommerce stores to household names like Virgin Australia and RSPCA.

Robbie Dalton

Robbie Dalton

Connections Design Director, UM

Robbie Dalton is currently a Connections Design Director at UM and has 9 years’ experience working on both client and agency sides of the marketing world. He has spent the last 5 years working on some of Australia’s most innovative clients including Virgin Australia, Flight Centre Limited, RACQ and Tourism and Events Queensland. 

He is currently leading the digital product at UM Brisbane where his focus is on advising clients on how best to leverage their owned assets and understand their data to make meaningful business decisions. 

Robbie loves all things related to technology and is passionate about making advertising more accountable using analytics.

Laura Campbell

Laura Campbell

Partner, Deloitte Digital

Laura is a Partner at Deloitte, leading the Marketing, Commerce and Digital Experiences team. She has been living corporate life for over 20 years across various industries. She has shared her desk space with snakes (alive), rare birds (dead), and every spectrum of personality you can imagine.  She is passionate about delivering high quality results for her clients, but doing it in a way that stays true to her personality and passions (which involves a lot of crystals, memes and coloured kaftans).

During COVID, Laura switched her fancy pants, river view desk, for a 15-year-old IKEA desk in the spare room and this sparked her journey of discovery (read: trial and error) into understanding what were the critical factors for creating a successful workspace.
