As Head of ROI at Reload Media, Paul has the important task of ensuring that all of Reload's clients are gaining positive returns for every marketing dollar they spend. His primary focus is on ensuring Reload is achieving and surpassing both internal and external client benchmarks. Paul’s specialist areas include search engine marketing, social media strategy, conversion optimisation and integrated digital strategy. 

Paul was recently flown to Google's HQ in Mountain View, California to attend a worldwide agency summit with some of the world's leading search marketing agencies. Paul was also asked to represent the APAC region on a panel discussing how Reload Media are able to achieve results for their clients downunder and how they've been able to grow their agency.

Recently named as a rising female in the technology sector by the Sydney Morning Herald, Cat is considered an industry leader when it comes to the digital space, with a savvy business mind and a robust understanding of the wider business context.
