Jordan is a serial entrepreneur having started his first business at the age of 14 with his best friend Alex. After starting early in the e-commerce business Alex & Jordan moved on to start the companies DigiScore and MyEntries, each boasting specific success in their industries; and AVPProductions, a professional audio visual services company. It didn't take long for all of these organisations to make their mark in their respective industries. B&D was formed in 2012 from the culmination of their prior business experiences. B&D now provides IT innovation, strategy and development services to mid to top tier enterprise.

In 2014, Jordan was an elected G20 YEA delegate, providing input to the G20 governments on subjects such as youth employment, entrepreneurship and education.

A digital marketing veteran with more than 15 years consulting experience and four years at the helm of Heritage Bank's customer and brand marketing team, Matt is best known in the wearable tech space for developing Heritage's "pay weave" suit - the world's first wearable NFC payment technology. When he's not achieving global publicity for weaving payment chips into menswear, Matt writes books on hipsters and blogs on babies.

In his spare time, Matt is working on space suit for the first human colony on Mars which will feature ActiveChill™ technology, allowing the glove region to be cooled to the optimum drinking temperature for a range of craft beers and Barossa Valley reds.

Kelly has a love of all things marketing and communications and in particular email marketing. She has been exposed to marketing across various industries including corporate, not for profit, agency and in government. As Vision6’s Content Marketing Manager she is a hands on ambassador for email marketing. Her work helps to educate marketers and business owners on getting the most out of their email and SMS marketing. She also regularly speaks on the topic of email marketing, including at Australia’s only dedicated Email Marketing Summit. Kelly has a genuine love for teaching. She tutors and guest lectures for Queensland University of Technology.

Cat Matson is Brisbane's Chief Digital Officer, overseeing the citywide Digital Brisbane strategy. Under the strategy, Cat is responsible for driving economic growth through digital adoption in the SME sector, strengthening the city's digital start-up ecosystem and facilitating Cyber City initiatives. Recently named as a rising female in the technology sector by the Sydney Morning Herald, Cat is considered an industry leader when it comes to the digital space, with a savvy business mind and a robust understanding of the wider business context.
