Richard Spencer works for Two Social, Isentia’s specialist Social Media agency. The social media landscape is changing and developing exponentially, and Richard advises organisations on how to maximise their opportunities in this exciting channel.  Richard is also a regular media commentator on social media channels.

Prior to founding TWO Social, Richard was Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Interactive with TMP Worldwide and has been working in digital communications and the internet since 1996. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Business and a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM). Richard is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Upon graduating film school in 2010 Ryan co-founded Ride Free with Nicholas James to bring the fast emerging and ever-changing world of online video to clients of all sizes and industries. Having worked with clients, agencies, filmmakers, designers and digital marketing specialists to produce hundreds of video projects over the last 7 years, Ryan has developed an intimate understanding of how to best create and connect video content with the right audience.

Ryan is motivated by meeting interesting people, doing things that have never been done before and the movie Cool Runnings.

Lachie Pennefather has been involved in the Tourism Industry for 22 years, in both Australia and Overseas. He has run Hostel/Backpacker and Tourism businesses where “Word of Mouth” is still the most powerful form of marketing. “We have simply seen it extend into the online world.” 

He and his partners in Streaka have a passion for disruptive marketing through interactive short form video, with attention to social business and branding. “Lets empower the people, see what we learn from them and provide our customers with the content we as a business want shared through their networks”.

They have worked with many international brands, bridging the gap between a businesses social content and branded messaging and how this is shared and experienced by their customers.

Under the strategy, Cat is responsible for driving economic growth through digital adoption in the SME sector, strengthening the city's digital start-up ecosystem and facilitating Cyber City initiatives. Recently named as a rising female in the technology sector by the Sydney Morning Herald, Cat is considered an industry leader when it comes to the digital space, with a savvy business mind and a robust understanding of the wider business context.
